1. Agreement

By browsing or purchasing from Mansory Fragrance, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

3. Products and authenticity

All fragrances sold are new, sealed and sourced through authorized distribution. Mansory Fragrance is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands whose products it resells. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Product images are representative. Packaging design and batch codes may vary between production runs.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Despite our efforts, an item may be mispriced or out of stock. Where this happens we will contact you and offer to fulfil at the corrected price or cancel and refund the order in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error. Payment is processed by Shopify's secure checkout; we accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Sales tax is applied where required.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Refund & Returns policy, both of which form part of these terms.

7. Safe use

Fragrance is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from flame, heat and children. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to published ingredient lists.

8. Reviews and user content

Any review or content you submit must be your own genuine experience. We do not publish incentivised, fabricated or misleading reviews, and we remove content that is unlawful, defamatory or deceptive.

9. Intellectual property

The site design, text and original photography are owned by Mansory Fragrance and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mansory Fragrance operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
