Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes. Every bottle is new, sealed and sourced through authorized distribution. We never decant, refill or repackage. If a bottle arrives with a compromised seal, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days; expedited options are shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard tracked shipping is $7.95, and free on orders over $99. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Otherwise they ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I return a fragrance?

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged.

Do you offer samples or decants?

We do not sell decants. We only offer full, sealed retail bottles so you always know exactly what you are receiving.

How should I store my perfume?

Keep bottles upright, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Stored properly, most eau de parfum concentrations remain excellent for three to five years after opening.
