Refund & Returns

30-day return window

You may return any unopened item in its original, unbroken cellophane seal within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The original shipping charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items we cannot accept

• Fragrance that has been opened, sprayed, or had its seal removed
• Items missing their original box, cap or cellophane
• Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale

This restriction exists for health, safety and hygiene reasons and does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to start a return

Email contact@mansoryfragrance.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address within one business day. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and outer packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at your choice, and cover any return postage.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the fragrance you prefer.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order must be handled as a return.
